DOMESTIC SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship U.S. Domestic via USPS with free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Please find the estimated delivery times below.

ORDERS PARTIALLY SHIPPED
There may be times where we partially ship an order. If our automated system does not send an additional tracking number, please contact us for assistance.
INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive the wrong item or a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date. We can help make things right.
RETURNED / REFUSED DELIVERIES
We do not hold responsibility for data entry errors or any missing address information, such as company name, apartment number, suite, floor, etc., submitted at checkout. For returned or refused deliveries, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the reshipment. No refunds. No exceptions.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
When tracking confirms the delivery, but the package is deemed missing, contact the carrier first for further details. If you file a shipping claim, retain the case number, and contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date for further assistance.
