INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive the wrong item or a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date. We can help make things right.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Our products are fulfilled on-demand, and we do not want you to buy or use products someone else has used, even if it's just once. Processing returns or exchanges would also incur additional costs, such as shipping and restocking fees, back to you, our customers. We ask you to make sure you're buying products you're going to keep and use. Thank you for understanding.
